We ship to all countries worldwide and all orders are usually shipped out within 1-3 working days.

This time is needed for handling, packaging and quality control as we will check every product before it is shipped out for the protection of our customers.

After your order has been shipped out, the shipping time is as below:

    • Australia: 2-5 working days

    • New Zealand: 3-6 working days

    • USA, Canada, Europe & Asia: 7-10 working days

Some products might be shipped separately to improve shipping time. For some items, the package box might be unfolded to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you (this is because if your parcel exceeds certain dimensions,  the post office will charge by size rather than weight and the cost can be a lot higher). We will always do our best to ship out your order as soon as possible.


Free Express Option (for Australia)

We offer free Australia Post Express postage for orders $50 and above for addresses within Australia.

If your order is below $50, can still choose the Australia Post Express option but there will be a postage cost.

For Australia customers choosing Express Shipping, your order usually arrives within 2-5 working days after payment.


Delivery to Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect & PO Boxes

Due to the relatively high amount of fraud involving parcel locker, parcel collect and PO box addresses, we can only post to these addresses after verification purposes. 

We have experienced several people that used stolen credit card details to make online purchases and then attempting to get them delivered to their parcel locker, parcel collect or PO box address.

To protect against fraud, please understand if you are making payment by credit card and using this type of address instead of residential address, you will be required to scan the front part of your credit card to us to ensure that you are the authorised holder of the card. Alternatively, if you do not prefer this, you can just pay by online bank transfer. Once payment is cleared, we can post to you.

If you did not receive your parcel during the expected time frame stated above, just contact us and we will track your parcel and follow up with the post office for you until your parcel arrives your address. As you may be aware, sometimes there can be shipping delays due to postal and post office issues which are beyond our control. Regardless, we will still do our best to get the parcel as soon as possible to you. Your interest is our top priority so in any rare case your parcel is confirmed lost by the post office, we will send you a new parcel completely free for you at our expense. We will do the best we can for you to protect your interests.

Replacement Guarantee 

As part of our quality control process and for your protection, we will do our best to inspect all products before they are shipped out. In any rare case there is still any product defect, please contact us with the photo of defect within 5 days of parcel arrival. For lenses, defect generally means a tear on the lens. Please always check your lenses upon arrival while they are still sealed. If there is any defect such as tear on the lens, take a photo of it while it is still sealed so that we can confirm that the defect (this is because once the lens has been opened and handled, there is no way we can confirm whether a tear on the lens is due to an actual manufacturing defect or rather because of a customer accidentally scratching it with their fingernail). If there is indeed an actual product defect which we can confirm via photo within 5 days of parcel arrival, the product will be replaced with a brand new one for free. We will always do our best and protect the interest of our customers but please note replacements are not possible simply because of change of mind as a matter of reasonable fairness to everyone.
