When will my order arrive?
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after it has been paid for and the shipping time will depend on the shipping method selected.
If you are in Australia, shipping time by Australia Post Express is around 1-3 business days after it has been posted.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and most major credit cards. If you do not have any cards, please contact us and we can arrange a different payment method for you.

Will my payment information be safe?

CosplayLens.com only carry safe and premium quality lenses certified and approved by US FDA, TGA Australia, KFDA, ISO and/or CE Europe. We also inspect for any defect before shipping the lenses out. All lenses are completely sterile. Please note that as a kind reminder, proper use and care of your lenses is needed to keep the lenses continuously clean and safe to wear. There are no lenses in the world that can remain clean and safe they are not used and care for properly. Please read and follow the wear and care guide which is sent along with your order which explains how to wear and care for your lenses.

100% Authentic

We only sell 100% genuine brand premium lenses which are made in Korea/Japan under very high manufacturing standards. We will never sell counterfeit or cheap quality lenses which are unsafe for your eyes. We use these lenses ourselves and understand the importance of eye safety. Once again, all lenses we carry are approved US FDA, TGA Australia, KFDA, ISO and/or CE Europe. Please value your eyes and do not buy cheap quality or unapproved lenses. Some manufacturers provide us with anti-fake verification labels on request. If you need the label attached to your lenses, please let us know when you order.

CosplayLens.com only deals with premium quality lenses which are manufactured under very high quality standards. Although premium quality lenses cost us more, we do not mind that as we always feel your safety and comfort should be our top priority before anything else. Please note that if you happen to experience any continuous discomfort when wearing any lens, rinse the lens with multi-purpose contact lens solution (not water) and check the lens for any dust or scratch which can be caused by fingernails.

Yes, all of our lenses are reusable and the exact life cycle (max up to 1 year) is listed on the Product Details tab of every product page.

Are your lenses safe?

I have not wear lenses before. What are your recommendations?
While a huge majority of people have no problems wearing lenses, we recommend that you have your eyes checked with an optometrist if you have not wear lenses before. 

How do I clean and store the lenses?
After washing your hands with soap and drying your hands with a lint-free towel, rinse the lenses thoroughly with multi-purpose contact lens solution (which you can buy from any chemist/pharmacy) on both sides. While rinsing, rub the lens very gently to clean it (if you are not gentle, the lens can be easily scratched by your fingernail). After you have rinsed and cleaned it, store the lenses in the lens case provided and fill it full with multi-purpose contact lens solution. Close the lens case as tight as possible and keep it in a clean place. Never use water to rinse or store the lenses as water contains contaminants which can affect the safety and comfort of your lenses and water is also not able to disinfect your lenses unlike multi-purpose contact lens solution.

Can I use my lenses if they are dried up?
As mentioned above, once opened, lenses need to always be stored with multi-purpose contact lens solution (not water) and the lens case has to be closed tightly to prevent the lenses from drying up after a long time. Even if you are not using it for a few months, the solution in the lens case should be replaced with new solution to keep your lenses full of fresh solution in the lens case. In an unfortunate event you forgot to do that and your lenses dried up, they cannot be used again and have to be discarded.

Will the color of the lenses look perfectly the same as displayed in the photos?

The lenses we ship to you will be the same brand, design and model as the ones displayed here, While we do our best to get and display the actual lens photo with the most accurate color to the actual lens, your computer/mobile screen type and screen settings can sometimes cause the photo to have a higher/lower brightness and higher/lower contrast. Just as an example, if your screen is brighter, the lens will look lighter than the actual lens and as such, the actual lens that arrive you might look darker than you expected. Therefore, please understand that as much as we want to get the color to display as accurately as possible to everyone's computer/mobile, a completely perfect accuracy if not possible as everyone's computer/mobile screen do not have the exact same brightness, contrast, type and settings. 

To help our customers have a general visualisation of how the lenses might look when worn, we also may have photos of models/people wearing the actual lenses. However, please note that when you wear it, the color might not look exactly the same as someone else as everyone's natural eye colour is different which can slightly affect the looks of the lens when worn.
